JEAN SEBERG

Anne Andreu

Since her death over forty years ago, Jean Seberg has remained an incredible source of inspiration for writers. Yet there has never been a film about her, either documentary or fiction. Our aim is to reveal the multiple aspects of the personality and life of Jean Seberg: there is the broken American dream of the kid from the Middle West, the Nouvelle Vague icon, the legendary couple she formed with Romain Gary, her implacable dislike of the FBI, her engagement alongside the Black Panthers, her abuse of neuroleptics, and her tragic end.
