The strawberry that makes the fortunes of one part of Andalusia is the one we usually find in our markets and our supermarkets from February onwards. Our taste buds are often disappointed, but the distributors couldn’t care less: out-of-season strawberries sell. Director Béatrice Limare gets both sides of the story.
